Tim Orr is a highly experienced leader with more than 35 years of diverse industry experience spanning the military, banking, consulting, and construction sectors. As the Chairman of Integra Consultants and Managing Director of MESO Solutions Pty Ltd, Tim brings unmatched practical insight into ground and in-ground construction systems, bridging the gap between field execution and engineering design.
Renowned for his strategic thinking, innovation, and change management expertise, Tim has successfully led teams through complex challenges, introducing systems that improve safety, efficiency, and performance. His deep practical knowledge of shoring, dewatering, and ground engineering operations enables Integra to complement advanced theoretical analysis with proven field-based understanding—ensuring that every design is robust, buildable, and commercially practical.
Tim’s leadership philosophy is built on collaboration, innovation, and precision, shaping Integra’s culture of delivering safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions for complex ground and infrastructure projects.
Dr. Tanvir Hossain founded Integra Consultants, bringing with him over 27 years of civil and geotechnical engineering experience in Australia and internationally. In addition to leading Integra, he has held senior roles at Transport for NSW, Canterbury-Bankstown Council, and Austroads, contributing to the development of national infrastructure and research programs.
With prior experience at the United Nations, Military and teaching at the University of Sydney, Dr. Tanvir has been involved in numerous civil and geotechnical design projects, as well as several landmark projects including the Hume Highway pavement design, Rozelle Interchange tunnel projects, the National Heavy Vehicle Driver Competency Framework design, and the Australia–New Zealand Roads Capability Analysis Project.
Recognised as a G4 and C4 accredited professional with Sydney Water, Registered Design Practitioner (NSW), Chartered Engineer (Engineers Australia), and RPEQ (Queensland), he is renowned for his capability in advanced 2D/3D Finite Element analysis and design optimisation.
