Design Certifications – NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 Compliance
Integra Consultants provides a full suite of Design Certification services under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (DBP Act). Our engineers are Chartered, RPEQ-accredited, and registered Design Practitioners with NSW Fair Trading. We are qualified to prepare, review, and certify Regulated Designs (geotechnical report/Shoring design/Deep Excavation design) for Class 2, 3 and 9c buildings and other regulated building work.
As Principal Design Practitioners (PDPs), our senior engineers coordinate and manage the entire certification process. This includes collating all Regulated Design documentation, preparing and endorsing Design Compliance Declarations, and submitting these to the NSW Planning Portal in accordance with statutory timeframes and requirements.
